EASY SLIDER Difference

LIVE EASY.
EAT SLIDERS.

Easy Slider is a Dallas-based food truck and restaurant known for its creative, high-quality mini burgers. Founded in 2011 by Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes, it started as a food truck and expanded to a new brick-and-mortar location in Old East Dallas in 2024. Famous for sliders like the Sweet & Lowdown, Easy Slider uses fresh, high-quality ingredients and offers a fun, laid back, cozy vintage Americana vibe. With multiple trucks and a spot at The Exchange Food Hall, it’s a local favorite for flavorful, bite-sized eats.

Living Easy
is a choice

Inspired by their never-ending search for “The Perfect Bite”, Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes opened Easy Slider Truck in December 2011. The company has been awarded a number of local and national awards including Best Food Truck in Dallas (D Magazine, Dallas Observer, Dallas Voice), 21 Best Food Trucks in America (Thrillist), 101 Best Food Trucks in America (The Daily Meal) and 10 Best Burgers in Dallas (Zagat).

Easy Slider’s flavors are influenced by Caroline’s Texas roots and Miley’s obsession with all things Southern. Their priorities are A) serving fresh, top-quality ingredients and B) having a good time doing it. The core menu consists of Certified Angus beef sliders with unique toppings, while additional items are offered frequently in order to showcase seasonal ingredients.

Prior to opening Easy Slider, Caroline and Miley both spent several years in the restaurant and events industry. Easy Slider has catered for several major companies including Best Buy, Neiman Marcus, LiveNation, Dallas Mavericks, Cinemark, Restoration Hardware, and Hilton.

Easy Slider has grown to include three trucks and a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Old East Dallas. A location at The Exchange Hall in downtown Dallas.
